One of our regular and local team photographers Kevin D. Harvey had a book published by Blurb in 2012 to record Skabour 2012 in photos. Kevin says “The Folkestone Skabour Festival was not only a great event but also gave me the opportunity to put my local band live music photography experience to good use. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and this book is a result.

Breaking News
We always try really hard to keep your prices down but this year we have been hit by a small price rise from the hotel, ongoing increases in other prices & due to the ongoing success of the festival the need to apply VAT to our tickets & packages, whilst we will do our best to absorb as much of this as we can there will be a small increase in prices to you.

A MARLEY DUB EXTRAVAGANZA presented by DJ Trevski aka Trevor Wyatt
Wyatt’s association with the Legend that is Bob Marley and the Wailers emanates from time spent at the coal face of Island Records in the 70’s. Initially selling and promoting and later compiling and coordinating sets such as Legend and Songs of Freedom.
This project – A Marley Dub Extravaganza features LIVE Dub mixing of tracks from the length and breadth of the Marley cannon.
Wyatt’s association with the great man also ran to joining in park football matches when Bob was in town. Along with other Island staffers, it was jumpers for goalposts and play ’til it gets dark. Apart from the music this was Bob’s greatest passion. ‘We couldn’t get the ball off him!! ‘
Unique and a first to Skabour are DUB versions of some of Bob Marley’s classic hit records… get on the dancefloor and skank in DUB.
